1. Acceptance of Terms

By launching or using Animalia Survival, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not access or use the game.

2. Ownership and License

Animalia Survival is developed and operated by High Brasil Studios.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the game through your Steam account.

You do not own the game or any of its content.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the game, including all content, systems, designs, and assets integrated into the game (including those acquired from third parties under license and incorporated into the project), are controlled by High Brasil Studios or its licensors.

Once integrated into Animalia Survival, such assets become part of the final product and may not be extracted, reused, or used outside the context of the game, regardless of their original source.

3. Accounts

Access to Animalia Survival is provided via your Steam account.

You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

4. Online Services and Servers

The game may be played on:

• Official servers operated by High Brasil Studios
• Third-party servers operated by independent communities

High Brasil Studios is not responsible for the behavior, moderation, or practices of third-party servers.

However, all servers operate within the Animalia Survival ecosystem, and High Brasil Studios reserves full authority to take action against any server, community, or activity that violates these Terms or is deemed harmful to the game or its players.

Third-party servers:

• May not present themselves as "official" without explicit authorization
• Must comply with these Terms at all times

5. Server Monetization and Community Practices

Third-party servers may accept voluntary donations and offer optional in-server perks, provided that such systems:

• Are transparent and non-misleading
• Do not create pressure or obligation to pay in order to access or continue playing
• Do not exploit players
• Do not interfere with fair access to the game

Permitted examples include:

• Cosmetic or convenience-based perks
• Optional progression assistance that does not restrict basic access to gameplay

Third-party servers must also maintain standards of good faith, ethical conduct, and respect toward players.

The following practices are strictly prohibited:

• Charging users to reverse moderation actions (including bans, kicks, or penalties)
• Any monetization that restricts, conditions, or gates access to the core gameplay experience
• Coercing, threatening, intimidating, or pressuring players in any context
• Abusive or exploitative monetization practices

High Brasil Studios reserves sole discretion in determining whether a monetization system or server behavior is abusive or unacceptable.

6. Purchases and External Transactions

The game may offer:

• Paid DLCs through Steam
• Optional external contributions or purchases associated with rewards

All purchases and contributions are:

• Final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law
• Subject to change or removal at any time

High Brasil Studios is not responsible for transactions conducted outside official and approved channels.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, hacks, or unauthorized modifications
• Exploit bugs or unintended mechanics
• Harass, abuse, or harm other players
• Impersonate staff or official representatives
• Engage in behavior that disrupts gameplay or community integrity

8. Enforcement and Actions

High Brasil Studios reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary in response to violations of these Terms, including but not limited to:

• Suspension or permanent ban from the game
• Restriction or removal of access to servers
• Blacklisting or blocking of servers and communities
• Revocation of privileges or services
• Reporting violations to Steam or relevant platforms

Actions may be taken with or without prior notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All content within Animalia Survival, including but not limited to game systems, design, branding, and integrated assets (whether created internally or licensed), is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may:

• Create and share videos, streams, and content featuring the game

You may not:

• Copy, extract, redistribute, or reuse any game assets or content
• Use game assets outside of their intended in-game context
• Reverse engineer, reproduce, or commercially exploit the game or its components

10. Disclaimer

Animalia Survival is provided "as is", especially as an Early Access title.

You acknowledge that:

• The game may contain bugs or incomplete systems
• Progress, data, or access may be lost
• Features may be modified, removed, or added at any time

11. Limitation of Liability

High Brasil Studios is not liable for:

• Loss of data, progress, or in-game content
• Actions or practices of third-party servers
• Player interactions outside official services
• Indirect or consequential damages

12. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time.

Continued use of the game constitutes acceptance of any updates.
